General Information:

Item location is Colorado, US. Your purchase will be shipped insured within three days after cleared payment. The average shipping time is three to four days. All sales are final.

 

Shipping within the United States: 

If not stated differently, all shipments will be insured via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. If you wish for expedited service, please contact me before purchasing, so I can quote you the exact amount and time.

 

Shipping International: 

International shipping is insured via USPS Priority only. It is essential that you contact me before purchasing, to find out to which countries delivery is possible and to receive a quote for the shipping charges.  International purchases done before contacting me needs to be canceled if not manageable. Refunds will be reduced by the incurred fees.  Please be informed that all shipments crossing international borders are subject to duty and tax assessment by the importing country's government.

Returns & Refunds:

All sales are final. The seller does not accept returns unless there is transport damage. In this case please contact us immediately via Info@NatalieRuiz.com, if possible with pictures showing the damage. Thank you!
